July was a good month for submissions. Short and Feature films have been coming in from all over the World. From across Europe, America and the Far East. We are now in the final weeks of the submission process and we still expect a lot more films to come in.
The films that have been coming in have many different backgrounds from ground breaking independent films to award winners!

Some of these films have been screened in the biggest festivals in the world, including Cannes and Sundance and some of the films will have their Premier at the festival.

Below is the Synopsis of one of the Feature Documentaries that was submitted to the Festival: "NO END IN SIGHT"

The first film of its kind to chronicle the reasons behind Iraq's descent into guerilla war, warlord rule, criminality and anarchy, NO END IN SIGHT is a jaw-dropping, insider's tale of wholesale incompetence, recklessness and venality. Based on over 200 hours of footage, the film provides a candid retelling of the events following the fall of Baghdad in 2003 by high ranking officials), as well as Iraqi civilians, American soldiers and prominent analysts. NO END IN SIGHT examines the manner in which the principal errors of U.S. policy.

FESTIVAL ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS: Deadline September 1st

The festival welcomes local, national and international films and is open to any form of genre, with five categories including: Feature Film, Feature Documentary, Short Film, Short Documentary and Best 1st Short Film.All of the categories are open to National and International Filmmakers!

The festival website can accept submissions online for the five award categories, or by post, by downloading the rules and regulations and Festival Entry Form. We plan to screen a wide range of films in all categories
