Film Competition Submission Details

Waterford Film Festival has an online system and would prefer a paperless application; you can send your film's information and images online and receive your unique film ID.

By submitting your film to the festival you are agreeing to be bound by the Festival Rules and Regulations

If you do not wish to use the online system there is a pdf version you can download, print and sign: 2008 Rules and Regulations as pdf here | 2008 Entry Form as pdf here

The fees are: Feature Films: EUR 25.00, Short Film: EUR 10.00, Student Films: EUR 7.50
Students must send a photocopy of their college id or a letter from their college.

Submit Online : Option 1

• Read Festival Rules and Regulation
• Complete the Online Submission Form
• Your film ID number will be sent to your e-mail address
• Send payment, with your film ID number, to address below
• Label your film with this ID number on the DVD or Cd-Rom clearly and on the envelope.
• Send your film and ID number to:
  The Waterford Film Festival, 9 Grove Court, Tramore, Co. Waterford, Ireland.

Print & Post Forms : Option 2

• Send payment to address below
• Send your film and Festival Entry Form to:
